Job summary

PSC Biotech is seeking a Mid-Level to Senior MSAT Engineer to support formulation development, compounding process design, technology transfer, scale-up, and commercial manufacturing readiness for sterile injectable products.

The successful candidate will serve as the technical lead for drug product formulation and compounding activities, supporting products from early clinical development through commercial manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in sterile formulation development.
• 4–7 years of experience in drug product manufacturing.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation development and technology transfer activities.
• Review development reports and manufacturing records.
• Develop sterile injectable formulations and assess robustness.
• Identify CPPs/CQAs and document processes for transfer.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to plan manufacturing strategies.
• Support regulatory documentation and continuous improvement.
