Job summary

Miltenyi Biotec is seeking a leader to drive analytical transfer in cellular therapy analytics within Process Sciences. You will coordinate with QC, support stability programs, and mentor junior staff while ensuring GMP documentation and processes meet regulatory standards.

The role requires deep technical writing, strong statistical skills, and experience with immunoassays and advanced analytical methods. Domestic/international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a biological or biomedical discipline.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in clinical processing analytical testing in cell therapy/biotech.
• Expert understanding of immunoassays and quantitative methods (flow cytometry, ELISA, qPCR).
• Advanced methods such as cytotoxicity or cytokine characterization.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between Process Sciences and QC for analytics.
• Support analytical transfer into PS and into/out of QC.
• Support stability program and participate in R&D activities.
• Mentor junior employees.
• Author and/or review GMP documents, protocols, and reports.
• Serve as process owner and drive medium-scope CI projects.
• Troubleshoot analytical issues, investigate OOS and implement CAPA.
