Job summary

CFS Brands LLC in Oklahoma City is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Planner to lead planning and execution of value-added services, including kit building, custom printing, and relabeling projects.

You will ensure customer-specific requirements are met with accuracy and efficiency while maintaining reliable supply to support high customer satisfaction. This on-site role collaborates with Buyers, Customer Service, and Distribution Centers to optimize inventory, service levels, and overall supply chain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar planning or supply chain role.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage work orders to balance inventory and capacity to meet demand.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks and communicate impacts when constraints arise.
• Execute and validate MRP outputs aligned with demand, supply, and planning parameters.
• Maintain data integrity in the MRP system, including lead times and safety stock.
• Collaborate with Buyers to resolve shortages and align on resolution timelines.
• Work with Customer Service to prioritize demand and adapt to changing requirements.
• Collaborate with Distribution Centers to ensure efficient execution of value-added processes.
• Monitor and drive service levels, backorders, and inventory performance.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in planning processes.
