Aquent Studios is partnering with a leading international technology client to create visually stunning, social‑first motion content across a diverse brand portfolio. You’ll translate bold concepts and brand systems into platform‑native motion pieces designed to stop the scroll in today’s creator‑driven landscape.

Working with the Social team, you’ll shape culturally relevant experiences that drive engagement, participation, and brand impact across formats, blending motion craft with performance

Qualificações

• 4–6+ years of professional motion design experience in agency, in‑house, or studio settings.
• Strong craft, timing, and storytelling in short-form formats and platform-native work.
• Expert proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro; working knowledge of Illustrator/Photoshop.
• Solid grasp of animation principles, typography in motion, composition, and pacing.
• Fluency with social platforms, creator content, and evolving trends.
• Ability to work within brand guidelines across multiple brands and priorities.
• Collaborative, adaptable and energized to tackle creative challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design and animate social‑first content across brands, including short‑form video and looping assets.
• Adapt concepts across platforms to be native and on-brand.
• Translate brand identity into dynamic motion and evolve the brand motion language.
• Develop reusable motion templates and scalable workflows for efficiency.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, designers, copywriters, editors, and teams from concept to delivery.
• Incorporate sound, captions, and subtitles for sound‑off viewing across platforms.
• Monitor platform features and trends, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
• Iterate designs quickly based on feedback to ensure agile delivery.
