Job summary

Saronic Technologies is seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to transform complex autonomy concepts into precise, cinematic visuals. You will work within a cross-functional Design team on projects for tradeshow screens, partner demos, and executive briefings, shaping the motion language at Saronic from the ground up.

The role requires 5+ years of experience and mastery of After Effects and Premiere Pro, plus strong 3D familiarity with Cinema 4D, Blender, or Unreal Engine.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional motion design experience in-house or at a studio with a reel required.
• Mastery of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro; strong design, typography, composition, color, and timing.
• Working proficiency in 3D and real-time tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, or Unreal Engine) with a production renderer (Redshift/Octane/Cycles).
• Strong compositing skills in After Effects, including multipass CG renders and color-managed pipelines (ACES/OCIO).
• Experience designing UI/HUD/data-visualization motion and sci-fi-grade interfaces.
• Experience building motion systems, templates, and guidelines for a team.
• Proven ability to take a concept from idea through style frames to final delivery with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Motion Design and Animation across 2D/3D contexts, including title sequences and explainers.
• Translate dense technical subjects into clear, cinematic motion for product and brand storytelling.
• Design and animate UI and data-driven sequences that read quickly and feel real.
• Integrate CG renders from the 3D/Visualization team into final pieces, shaping look and camera language.
• Develop style frames, storyboards, and animatics to align direction before production.
• Own projects end-to-end, balancing craft with tight timelines and multiple requests.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Sales, Software, and Engineering to ensure accurate messaging.
• Adopt new tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve quality or speed while maintaining standards.
