OLIVER in New York seeks a Digital Content Designer to lead end-to-end content creation for a flagship digital display platform within a fast-paced CMS environment. You will translate content strategies into motion-driven stories, balancing creative quality with real-time publishing demands.

You will bring senior craft authority, strong design judgement, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while collaborating across Brand, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance teams.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, digital storytelling, typography, and branded content.
• Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Experience working within web-based CMS platforms and digital publishing systems.
• Experience designing for multiple screen formats and large-scale display environments.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume creative production with precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce digital content for flagship display platform using a proprietary CMS, ensuring outputs meet brand, quality, and technical standards.
• Create motion-driven visual stories combining imagery, typography, animation, and concise messaging.
• Customise templates with layouts and visual treatments for campaigns, promos, market content, and evergreen storytelling.
• Apply design system and brand standards consistently across all output.
• Collaborate with Brand, Corporate Communications, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance teams through review and approval processes.
• Prepare and optimise photography, video, typography, and motion assets for large-scale external digital display.
• Use Gen AI tools to accelerate ideation, image generation, and asset production with human oversight.
