Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Kentucky is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, applying deep knowledge of home lending products and regulatory requirements.

You will coach branch teams, work with bankers, and help drive mortgage originations while delivering an outstanding customer experience and building trusted relationships. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years of mortgage lending and sales,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
