Jet Direct Mortgage in Red Bank, NJ is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to join a fast-paced, goal-oriented and supportive environment. You will review loan approvals, gather documentation, and prepare submission packages for underwriting.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of processing residential mortgage loans (FHA, VA, Conventional/ Purchase, Refinance)
- In-house systems experience (Encompass)
- Strong knowledge of underwriting policies, compliance, and procedures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, multi-tasking and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Review initial loan approval and gather documentation
- Collect all required documentation for the loan package
- Create a loan submission package for underwriting
- Submit files to the assigned Underwriter
- Satisfy all conditions from Underwriter
- Communicate with attorneys, county clerks and title companies
