Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Mortgage Home Lending Center Senior Loan Officer to support our Strategic Initiative Team. This role is based remote with occasional in-office participation as needed.

Responsibilities include recommending loan solutions, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliant documentation of mortgage transactions for complex borrowers.

Qualifications

• University/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
• Background checks as required by CFPB regulations.

As a Mortgage Home Lending Center Senior Loan Officer within PNC's Mortgage organization, you will be based remote. This position will support our Strategic Initiative Team (SIT). This position may not be available in all geographic locations. This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in‑office participation may be required based on business needs. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Job Description

Recommends loan solutions to existing firm's customers and/or perspective clients sourced through firm's strategic initiative platforms. Manages a portfolio of customer relationships. Seeks prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients. Develops and prepares loan solutions and refers products and services. Reviews documentation to ensure compliance. Manages customer pipeline for efficiency. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions. Collects and analyzes customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.
