Rocket Mortgage is seeking a licensed Executive Loan Officer to guide clients through the mortgage journey from application to closing. You will advise on loan products, assess finances, and ensure documentation meets guidelines while building strong relationships with real estate partners and clients.

This role emphasizes staying current with Rocket Mortgage products and representing the brand in community initiatives to drive business and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Licensed mortgage loan originator with knowledge of loan programs and guidelines.
• 3 years of mortgage loan origination experience.
• Ability to guide clients from application to closing and resolve concerns.
• Strong understanding of mortgage documents and home buying process.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing, resolving concerns
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, professionals, and clients to market Rocket Mortgage
• Consult with clients to determine appropriate loan products
• Evaluate client financial status and documents to ensure qualification
• Cultivate relationships with mortgage referral sources and promote Rocket Mortgage
• Advise clients on home-buying or refinance process and manage mortgage strategy
• Stay up-to-date on Rocket Mortgage products and guidelines
• Represent Rocket Mortgage in community functions to drive leads
