Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of the real estate market in the local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches for mortgage loan originations.
• Maintains good relationships with customers as a mortgage expert.
