TwinThread is looking for a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Baltimore, Maryland. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of home lending products to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout their loan journey while collaborating with a dynamic home lending team.

Your responsibilities include mentoring the branch team, developing strong relationships with customers, and providing consultative recommendations. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of mortgage lending experience, with knowledge of FHA and VA guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage lending experience and proven sales success in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
