Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is seeking a Senior Mortgage Consultant to handle consumer direct refinance leads. You will work exclusively with live inbound transfers, listen to clients, and match them with optimal mortgage solutions in a fast-paced in-office setting.

The role emphasizes strong communication, closing skills, and excellent follow-up to manage a high volume of calls. A college degree is preferred but not required, with generous earning potential based on performance.

The Work:

This is a consumer direct refinance role built for closers. You'll work exclusively with live, inbound lead transfers — no cold calling, no self-generated leads, no outbound dialing. You'll listen, build rapport, and analyze each customer's full financial picture to match them with the right mortgage solution. This is an in-office position in a high-energy, fast-paced environment where the phones don't stop ringing.

The Person:

• 2+ years of experience in consumer direct refinance lending (required)
• Energetic, outgoing, and persuasive, with strong character and integrity
