Qualifications

• PhD or MS/BS with relevant experience required.
• Experience designing complex assay cascades across biochemical/cellular settings.
• Strong knowledge of GPCR signaling and pharmacology principles.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement screening cascade assays to drive SAR and compound optimization.
• Characterize ligand-receptor interactions and conduct functional assays.
• Develop imaging-based assays using confocal microscopy and HCS platforms.
• Investigate mechanistic molecular behavior to inform optimization and TPPS.
• Mentor junior scientists and provide guidance on pharmacology strategy.
