We are seeking a Senior Model Based System Engineer (MBSE) Modeler with a strong background in the DoD space industry to support the development and sustainment of complex space and ground systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for modeling and system engineering of task order execution in support of the highly successful Command and Control Consolidated System supporting the C-SAR program based in Colorado Springs, CO. Primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining system models that support system architecture, design analysis, and integration using MBSE tools. The role involves executing and ensuring compliance with Task Orders, while working closely with engineering, development, operations, and program management teams to ensure system models accurately reflect mission objectives, program requirements, and system interfaces – particularly within ground system environments. Responsibilities also include preparing for detailed design level reviews, supporting meetings and working groups, and contributing to the development of future Task Orders and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
Competitive salary based on experience and education.
Salary Range: $140,000-$175,000
