Responsibilities

• Own the live operations economy and define its strategic direction.
• Design and implement features that enhance player experience and monetization.
• Model, simulate, and tune complex economy systems including currencies and progression loops.
• Use A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize performance.
• Identify and improve underperforming systems using data-driven insights.
• Develop predictive models to anticipate player behavior and maintain a stable economy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure economy integrates with design, live ops, and monetization initiatives.
• Communicate economic insights and rationale to stakeholders.
