Job summary

Collaborating with engineers across the organization, you will drive performance improvements, ensure robust testability, and guide code through development, test, and production environments.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years overall software/engineering experience.
• At least two years in software development.
• Experience with cross‑platform React Native.
• Experience building cloud-native apps using AWS and serverless tech.
• Experience embedding iOS capabilities and Apple frameworks in RN apps.
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of design patterns and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable mobile features.
• Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, and platform teams to deliver intuitive experiences.
• Continuously improve application performance, responsiveness, reliability, and maintainability.
• Translate stories into design and code.
• Develop well-engineered code and test artifacts backed by automated tests.
• Elevate code into development, test, and production environments on schedule.
• Provide follow-up production support and change control documentation.
• Mentor staff with less experience and communicate complex issues clearly.
