Qualifications

• 10+ years in mobile app development and architecture (iOS, Android, Ionic)
• Proven track record of delivering high-performance, accessible mobile apps
• Strong knowledge of API integration and security best practices
• Experience with monitoring tools and automated testing, plus ADA standards
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop scalable native and hybrid mobile applications (iOS, Android, Ionic)
• Lead end-to-end performance optimization, including profiling, benchmarking, and troubleshooting
• Integrate and manage complex API connections, ensuring security, reliability, and efficiency
• Implement and maintain monitoring solutions for mobile app health and usage analytics
• Drive comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, UI/UX, and regression testing)
• Ensure ADA compliance and accessibility best practices across all mobile platforms
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, Backend) to deliver high-quality solutions
