Job summary

YouVersion is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to design, build, and maintain mobile software across platforms. You will own technical designs, review code for quality, and collaborate with engineers to set development directions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of mobile experience, strong communication, and a growth mindset to mentor junior engineers while advancing AI-enabled mobile experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with mobile platforms (Flutter/Dart, iOS/Swift, Android).

At YouVersion, we build technology that helps people around the world connect with God every day. As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you’ll play a key role in building and improving the systems behind the YouVersion Family of Apps. You’ll contribute directly to development, own technical design for projects, and help guide your team toward strong, consistent engineering practices.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain software.

Technical Experience

• Mobile development (Flutter/Dart, iOS/Swift, Android).

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED.


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.


• 3+ years of related work experience.


• Track record of contributing to production systems and team success.
