Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expert in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Expert in enterprise mobile apps using .NET MAUI.
• Experience with Xamarin.Forms modernization.
• Proven API design using ASP.NET Core.
• Strong OOP, SOLID, and architecture knowledge.
• Experience with AWS and Azure cloud services.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of cross-team software initiatives.
• Architect and maintain Android and iOS apps using .NET MAUI.
• Guide Xamarin.Forms to .NET MAUI migrations.
• Design secure, scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Establish architecture standards and best practices.
• Mentor engineers and lead technical decisions.
• Drive CI/CD, testing, observability, and reliability.
