Job summary

Boston Dynamics seeks an MLOps Engineer to shape the Central Software ML Platform. You will build and operate pipelines, tooling, and infrastructure to accelerate product and research teams creating robotic AI capabilities.

You will manage GPU clusters, automate health metrics, and optimize data and training pipelines while collaborating with ML/RL engineers and researchers across BD. Mentorship and agile collaboration are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer or ML Engineer.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with cloud platforms and scalable ML deployment methods.

Responsibilities

• Implement tools, infrastructure, and pipelines for unified ML workflows.
• Maintain GPU clusters and automate cluster health monitoring.
• Profile and optimize ML data, training, and evaluation pipelines.
• Collaborate with BD product and research teams across the organization.
• Mentor peers and contribute to agile development processes.
