Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is a forward-thinking software company seeking an experienced MLOps Engineer to design, build, and run high-performance ML inference platforms in production. You will focus on the systems engineering side of AI deployment, including routing, batching, caching, autoscaling, GPU utilization, and observability across diverse model workloads.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of experience in distributed systems, infrastructure, or ML platform engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and a systems language such as Go, Rust, or C++.
• Deep experience operating high-throughput, low-latency services in production.
• Hands-on experience with LLM or large model inference frameworks such as vLLM or TensorRT-LLM.
• Strong understanding of GPU architecture and accelerator utilization.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and modern cloud platforms.
• Experience with observability stacks and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate model serving platforms for diverse workloads including LLMs and vision models.
• Optimize inference performance with batching, decoding, and request multiplexing.
• Implement multi-tenant routing, rate limiting, and QoS across endpoints.
• Build autoscaling and capacity management balancing latency and cost.
• Tune GPU memory usage and KV cache for serving workloads.
• Integrate serving with API gateways and observability tools.
• Develop deployment workflows with canaries and automated rollbacks.
• Drive reliability improvements and incident response for AI services.
