Qualifications

• Fraud and bots at scale: experience across detection domains.
• Strong fundamentals in statistics, machine learning, and AI.
• 5–7 years in Data Science, ML Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• Proficient with Python and SQL in production environments.
• Comfortable working with weak, delayed, or absent ground truth labels.

Responsabilités

• Research, design, and evaluate detection models for automated and malicious activity.
• Analyze massive datasets to identify adversarial patterns.
• Define evaluation metrics and strategies when ground truth is noisy.
• Stay current with AI/ML research and apply new techniques where useful.
