Job summary

National Debt Relief is seeking an experienced Senior MLOps/Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate AWS infrastructure for ML models and AI tools. You will own event-driven integrations and CDC pipelines, ensuring reliability and recoverability across systems.

You will implement observability, security, and model monitoring for ML and AI workloads, partnering with cross-functional teams to scale deployments and maintain production-grade reliability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in MLOps, platform engineering, DevOps/SRE, or backend engineering with production ML workloads.
• Deep AWS expertise with Terraform, containers, CI/CD, PostgreSQL, and Python.
• Experience deploying and operating ML models, including real-time serving and versioning.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate AWS infrastructure for ML models, AI tools, and event-driven integrations.
• Build event-driven integrations and CDC pipelines with Salesforce and Braze for reliability and recoverability.
• Implement observability, security, and model monitoring across ML and AI systems.
