The ideal candidate has over 7 years of applied machine learning experience, strong Python proficiency, and a Master's or PhD in a quantitative field. The position offers a flexible digital-first work environment across the United States.

Compensation includes a base salary range of $220,700 – $300,000, alongside bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in applied machine learning with a focus on production-scale modeling.
• Expertise in end-to-end model development: data preparation to deployment.
• Experience in fintech, pricing, or risk modeling.
