Qualifications

• 8+ years in ML engineering, MLOps, or software engineering with 4+ years in production ML systems.
• Experience building prescriptive systems (recommendation, decisioning, experimentation).
• AWS data/ML services, IaC, Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake, MLflow.

Responsibilities

• Own the decisioning and production pipelines, including streaming and real-time integrations.
• Define cost-to-serve, CI/CD, model registry, monitoring, drift, and calibration by cohort.
• Lead reviews, mentor engineers and data scientists, and ensure reproducibility and documentation.
