Job summary

Dell Technologies in Round Rock, Texas seeks a Sr. Consultant Machine Learning & Knowledge Graph Engineer to lead design and deployment of enterprise ML and KG platforms.

You will architect production-grade graph solutions and guide cross-functional teams to enable AI at scale across Dell's global ecosystem. The role emphasizes ontology governance, RAG pipelines, and graph data science with strong leadership and strategic influence.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience designing production-grade graph systems (Neo4j/Stardog).
• Proven enterprise ontology engineering with OWL 2, RDF/RDFS, SKOS.
• Experience building graph-backed AI agents and retrieval pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, development, and deployment of enterprise ML and Knowledge Graph platforms across the Dell ecosystem.
• Design graph-backed RAG systems and tool-calling interfaces for autonomous AI agents.
• Orchestrate real-time data ingestion and federation across SQL/NoSQL/streaming sources.
• Drive graph governance, RBAC, SHACL constraints, and ontology versioning at scale.
• Collaborate with data scientists, platform teams and executives to translate business problems into graph-solvable architectures.
