Job summary

Hidden Jobs seeks a senior ML infrastructure engineer for the Ads Quality team to scale training and serving systems across the full serving funnel. The role centers on real-time features, scalable pipelines, and foundation models in a remote, senior IC setting with technical leadership duties.

You will collaborate across ML, data, and platform teams to design, deploy, optimize pipelines, diagnose issues, and set the direction for model serving and feature processing in production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building ML infrastructure or applying ML at scale.
• Expertise in production ML training and serving systems with MLOps knowledge.
• Strong programming skills: Python, Go; data tooling: SQL, Spark, Pandas; ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy ML infrastructure for ads training and serving.
• Profile and optimize training/serving bottlenecks for throughput and latency.
• Build real-time feature pipelines for fresh ad data on every request.
• Diagnose operational gaps to maintain high availability for production systems.
• Set technical direction for data, feature processing, and model serving.
