Walden Robotics seeks a senior IC to design and scale data-loading, caching, and sharing infrastructure that feeds large training runs. You’ll lead this workstream with the data team and amplify research efforts through robust, scalable systems.

You will drive training reliability, performance optimization, and observability while mentoring engineers and setting technical standards across data and training infra.

• Data Path: design and scale data-loading, sharing, and caching for large training runs
• Training Reliability: improve training-infra efficiency and reliability
• Bottleneck Removal: remove bottlenecks between data platform and training
• Observability: build tooling for training performance and failures visibility
• Technical Leadership: set standards and mentor engineers across data and training infra
