Job summary

Dynocardia, Inc. seeks a Mid-Senior level Senior Algorithm Engineer - Image Processing & Machine Learning in Newton, MA to lead development of algorithms for a novel continuous blood pressure device.

You’ll work across hardware control, data acquisition and imaging, driving practical deployment of ML solutions for medical monitoring. The role requires 4+ years in image processing and ML, strong Python and C/C++, and experience with real-time systems and physiological signals.

Qualifications

• Advanced image and signal processing experience.
• Algorithm development and implementation in Python and C/C++ in fast-paced environment.
• Experience with acquisition and processing of physiological signals is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of real-time systems analysis, filters and estimation.

Responsibilities

• Drive algorithm and software development for a medical device with hardware control, data acquisition and image processing for real-time tracking of physiological signals.
• Provide technical leadership in software architecture, coding, testing and deployment.
• Generate requirements, specifications, risk analyses, and lead technical reviews.
• Collaborate across electronics, software and mechanical teams and with partners.
• Participate in design and execution of preclinical system experiments with physicians and researchers.
• Help establish and drive software development lifecycle best practices.
