FullStack seeks a Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Traditional ML & Financial Data) to join our team. You will work with clients in two modes: team augmentation or design & build on FullStack products. The role requires strong Python, ML, and data analysis skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Remote work is supported, with an emphasis on delivering production-ready ML solutions for diverse clients across the Americas. Advanced English and a 4-year degree are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, Data Science, or Machine Learning Engineering.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Strong expertise in traditional machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, training, and optimizing ML models for production.
• Strong Python skills and libraries.
• Experience analyzing structured business datasets is highly preferred.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for production use.
• Analyze data, perform feature engineering, and iterate on models for reliability.
• Collaborate with clients and internal team on ML solutions and integration.
• Participate in CI/CD for ML applications and maintain code quality.
