Job summary

A leading financial services company in McLean, Virginia is seeking a Sr Distinguished Machine Learning Engineer to define technical strategies for their personalization platform. You will work cross-functionally with product teams and develop scalable AI solutions. Ideal candidates have over 10 years of experience in data-intensive solutions and deep understanding of ML practices. Remote work is available. Compensation ranges from $286,200 – $359,300 based on location and experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing and building data‑intensive solutions using distributed computing.
• 7+ years of experience programming in C, C++, Python, or Scala.
• 4+ years of experience with the full ML development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive technical strategy and roadmap for the Personalization Platform.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Data science, and Machine learning teams.
• Design, build and maintain robust ML infrastructure and pipelines.
• Drive the evolution of MLOps practices by building automated metrics-backed deployment workflows.
