Job summary

Unity is the world’s leading game engine and a mobile monetization platform seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to own Offerwall fraud prevention. You will bring real-time anomaly detection and device risk models to production, build a golden fraud dataset, and define evaluation metrics the team uses to judge model and rule changes.

You will work closely with data engineering, backend, and product partners to ensure model health, scalability, and measurable impact on fraud reduction and revenue

Qualifications

• Hands-on ML experience from model to production, including deployment and monitoring.
• Fraud detection, risk scoring, or anomaly detection expertise.
• Experience with low-latency serving and feature pipelines (Redis online store, streaming, Airflow).
• Ability to build labeled datasets and robust evaluation methods.

Responsibilities

• Ship fraud models to production influencing payout and blocking decisions.
• Create and maintain a golden labeled fraud dataset and define evaluation methods.
• Design streaming and batch features for Redis online feature store; ensure freshness and lineage.
• Modernize ML infrastructure (training and serving) with Kubeflow and KServe; monitor latency.
• Investigate fraud spikes, analyze user/device behavior, derive new signals and models.
• Monitor model health, write runbooks and participate in on-call for fraud stack.
