Kforce Inc. is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in Fort Lauderdale, FL to design, train, and deploy scalable ML models that power customer intelligence, personalization, and AI capabilities.

You will partner with Data Engineering, Data Science, and MLOps teams to deliver production-ready models that drive business outcomes. The role requires 7+ years in ML/AI, strong Python skills, and experience with Databricks, MLflow, TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Machine Learning Engineering, Applied AI, or Data Science.
• Production-scale ML solution delivery experience.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models in production.
• Develop recommendation, personalization, and predictive analytics solutions.
• Build scalable real-time inference and prediction services.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to create ML-ready data and features.
• Work with MLOps to monitor and maintain models and pipelines.
• Improve model performance, reliability, and scalability.
