Modulate seeks a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, train, evaluate, and deploy cutting-edge models powering our voice intelligence platform. You will collaborate with researchers, engineers, product managers, and leadership to translate business needs into scalable ML solutions and improve model performance across services.

Ideal candidates have strong Python and PyTorch experience, a track record of shipping production ML, and comfort with MLOps and cloud infrastructure in fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience conducting machine learning research and shipping models to production.
• Strong experience building and deploying production-grade machine learning systems.
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
• Experience designing experiments and evaluating model performance.
• Ability to work across research and engineering disciplines to deliver business impact.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models for production applications.
• Collaborate with engineers, researchers, product managers, and leadership to define ML initiatives.
• Conduct experiments to improve model quality, accuracy, robustness, and scalability.
• Operate and monitor ML systems in production with platform teams.
• Analyze model performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Contribute to technical strategy and direction of ML systems.
• Review code and mentor teammates.
