Job summary

Fusemachines is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to architect, build, and deploy high-performance ML systems across the full lifecycle. You will write scalable production-grade code, design real-time inference APIs, and ensure low-latency, high-throughput delivery.

You'll scale data pipelines, develop ML models with PyTorch/TensorFlow, and oversee MLOps pipelines, model retraining, and monitoring in production. Remote role with strong compensation and impact.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in ML engineering or ML systems.
• Expert-level Python and strong proficiency in a compiled language (C++, Java, Scala, Go, or Rust).
• Experience deploying ML models to low-latency production environments.

Responsibilities

• Scale data engineering & feature pipelines for large datasets.
• Develop ML models with PyTorch or TensorFlow for production use.
• Design and maintain ML production systems with MLOps pipelines (retraining, versioning, monitoring).
• Design rigorous evaluation experiments and A/B testing to measure business impact.
