FullStack is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer focused on traditional ML and financial data. You will join client projects either via team augmentation or by designing and building solutions on a FullStack product team. The role requires deep ML expertise, Python, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, data science, or ML engineering.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Strong grounding in traditional ML algorithms and statistical modeling, excluding LLM/GenAI approaches.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, training, and deploying ML models for production use.
• Proficiency in data exploration, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training with large datasets.
• Experience developing anomaly detection algorithms to identify irregularities and outliers.
• Strong Python skills and related data science libraries.
• Experience analyzing financial, payroll, or other structured business datasets is highly preferred.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to contribute to libraries and maintain CI/CD for applications.
• Forensic attention to detail with a positive can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams and large, complex systems.
• Willingness to take extreme ownership over work and align with client goals.
