As a Senior ML Engineer, you will design, deploy, and maintain production AI systems across industries, owning features from prototype to production while balancing autonomous agentic design with deterministic pipelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering with focus on machine learning and NLP.
• Strong understanding of modern LLM architectures, context windows, and retrieval techniques.
• Experience deploying production AI systems with monitoring and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build AI features with autonomous agentic architectures and deterministic pipelines.
• Evaluate AI quality, reliability, safety, and business impact pre- and post-deployment.
• Integrate AI capabilities into client web and mobile apps using serverless architectures or APIs.
• Optimize prompts, system instructions, and chunking for balance of accuracy and latency.
• Train or fine-tune custom algorithms for business problems such as forecasting or classification.
• Collaborate with client teams and translate requirements into technical scopes and demos.
