Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years building production-scale ML models.
• Proficient with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Expert in Python and shell scripting for data tasks.
• Experience training and deploying scalable ML pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Apply ML models to production use cases from design to deployment.
• Write scalable, secure code shared across platforms.
• Contribute to backend systems with improvements.
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, processes, and security.
• Develop accurate ML algorithms for scale and production reliability.
• Run metric-driven experiments to improve model performance.
• Mentor junior ML engineers and onboard new team members.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams.
