SR. Model Engineer, Post-Training & RL is responsible for reward modeling, preference optimization, and RL to improve reasoning and factual accuracy in large-scale models. The role demands deep expertise in ML systems and a drive to push the boundaries of alignment methods.

Qualifications

• Production-quality coding in Python, PyTorch, JAX, Rust, or C++.
• Experience training large models (1B+ parameters)

Responsibilities

• Work on post-training and RL challenges, including reward modeling and RLHF.
• Improve reasoning and real-world capabilities of models.
