Job summary

Nebius Group is seeking senior- and staff-level ML engineers to join Nebius AI R D. You will modify large foundation models and learning algorithms for robotic agents, prototype new capabilities in simulation, and validate promising approaches on real-world systems.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, implementing and evaluating ML models for robotic agents.
• Strong background in large foundation models and learning algorithms.
• Experience with multimodal data, vision-language tasks, and simulation.

Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, training, and evaluating large models and learning algorithms for robotic agents.
• Developing vision-language-action architectures linking multimodal perception with physical control.
• Investigating reinforcement learning and imitation learning methods for difficult objectives.
• Building scalable methods to incorporate demonstrations, teleoperation data, video, and simulation trajectories into foundation models.
• Designing capture methodologies, datasets, and evaluation protocols for embodied learning.
• Developing simulation environments and collaborations with engineering teams to scale findings into practice.
