Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 7–9+ years of SDLC experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale ML applications in hosted production environments.
• 2+ years of professional, design, and open-source experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders, analysts, PMs, IT architects, and engineers to understand requirements for AI solutions.
• Maintain and enhance enterprise services and platforms using domain-driven design and TDD.
• Research and implement new AI technologies to improve security and performance.
• Build and deploy ML models with data scientists and product teams.
• Develop Python-based ML pipelines for data preprocessing, training, and deployment.
• Monitor model performance; mitigate bias and ensure explainability.
