Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• 3 years of experience with ML areas: speech/audio, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or related field.
• 3 years of experience with end-to-end Machine Learning (model deployment, evaluation, data processing, debugging).
• 1 year of experience with AI and agentic development.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions in one or more ML areas and leverage ML infrastructure.
• Innovate and architect complex multimodal problems and own implementation of features for future products.
• Collaborate across UX, product, design, and research to identify technologies and milestones from concept to launch.
• Evaluate and develop technologies and their product applications to support next-generation features and system architecture.
• Foster technical excellence and cross-functional communication to drive project success.
