Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and deploying scalable ML systems in a collaborative environment.
• Hands-on experience fine-tuning and optimizing LLMs or multimodal models; LoRA/PEFT/TRL.
• Experience with vector databases and embeddings; integrating FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, or Azure AI Search.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with Python; scalable system design.
• BS/MS in CS/AI or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Design and reason with agentic AI frameworks; build multi-agent workflows with planning and memory.
• Improve models and systems for scalability, efficiency, and reliability.
• Collaborate with platform, application, and product engineers to deliver AI solutions.
• Contribute to evaluation, validation, and continuous improvement of models.
