Replicant is the industry leader in voice AI for customer service, with a distributed team across the US and Canada. We’re seeking a Senior ML Engineer to advance LLM and Generative AI solutions, building scalable ML infra and tooling that power real customer interactions.

You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate research into practical systems, own tough problems, and help shape our technical direction in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience in ML infra or ML-powered products.
• Experience with the ML ecosystem (Python, PyTorch, FAISS, Elasticsearch) preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the exploration and application of Large Language Models and Generative AI across projects.
• Translate research into high-performing systems and models applied to user experiences.
• Help set the team's strategic direction and foster innovation and growth.
• Engage in end-to-end development from ideation to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and product managers to implement ML-based solutions.
