Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years software development, or 7+ years full-stack + agentic AI experience.
• 2+ years building AI/ML apps in production.
• Proficiency with RAG architectures and vector stores.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or CrewAI.
• Hands-on with AWS Bedrock, Claude models, and model invocation APIs.
• Strong prompt engineering and API design skills.
• Experience with chatbots and voicebots.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI/ML applications end-to-end from architecture to production deployment.
• Implement RAG pipelines with chunking, embeddings, and vector store integration.
• Orchestrate AI agents using LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or CrewAI.
• Develop and deploy solutions on AWS Bedrock and Claude APIs.
• Apply advanced prompt engineering and build conversational AI experiences.
• Design and maintain REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code for production systems.
• Implement guardrails and responsible AI practices across features.
