You will design architectures, mentor engineers, collaborate with Product, Trust & Safety, and Engineering, and own production-grade ML pipelines across text, audio, image, and video. The role is based in New York with equity benefits.

Qualifications

• Design and build production-grade ML systems at scale.
• Experience with modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX or similar).
• Interest in multimodal ML across text, audio, image, or video.
• Ability to translate ML outputs into real-world decisions.
• Balance automation with quality, safety and user experience.

Responsibilities
