  • Experience shipping AAA or large‑scale live game content through multiple phases of development.
  • Experience supporting mission, content, open‑world, quest, narrative, or gameplay‑focused teams.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within teams and foster productive partnerships across all departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire colleagues through an enthusiastic approach to game development and a commitment to continuous improvement of core skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and manage responsibilities independently, demonstrating strong ownership and accountability.
  • Experienced and knowledgeable player of a wide range of games and able to use that expertise to enhance creative decision‑making.

  • Expertise in production methodologies, scheduling, roadmap planning, and milestone management.
  • Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or comparable development frameworks.

  • Experience managing risks, issue tracking, and dependency resolution.
  • Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with common production and project management tools.
  • Experience building reporting frameworks and communicating status to leadership audiences.

  • A highly collaborative and team‑oriented approach.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong organizational judgment and attention to detail.
  • The ability to remain calm and effective while navigating ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • A passion for games and creating memorable experiences for players.
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and supportive development environment.
