Job summary

Chenega MIOS in Arlington, VA seeks a Senior Mission Business Analyst to serve as a TOD supporting DARPA. You will translate mission needs into IT requirements, represent ITD with senior government customers, and drive complex requirements across teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in business analysis or enterprise IT, strong communication and relationship-management skills, and the ability to operate with limited direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, PM, or enterprise IT.
• Experience collaborating across teams without direct authority.
• Experience with federal/government or DoD environments preferred.
• TS clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI as required.

Responsibilities

• Represent ITD to DARPA Technical Offices and manage customer requirements from planning through execution.
• Translate mission needs into actionable IT requirements and coordinate across ITD teams.
• Develop executive-level briefings, status updates, and leadership artifacts.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Mentor junior TODs and contribute to process improvements.
