Job summary

Caddell Construction is seeking a Senior Project Superintendent for Commercial – Mission Critical/Data Centers in Central Ohio (and future domestic locations). You will oversee planning, coordination, safety, scheduling, and on-site execution of the project, interfacing with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

The position requires High School or GED with 10 years in construction and 5 years as a Superintendent on similar projects; a four-year degree in Building Science, Construction

Qualifications

• High School or GED and 10 years construction experience with at least 5 years as Superintendent on similar projects.
• Four-year degree in Building Science, Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• Strong leadership and written/verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the timely, cost-effective placement of the project’s contracted work in the field.
• Supervises sub-contractors and craft workers to ensure safe, on-schedule, quality work.
• Interfaces with client/owner, AE representative, and subcontractors to coordinate efforts.
• Plans, coordinates, and supervises onsite functions (scheduling, material control, accounting/purchasing).
• Manages self-performed and subcontracted work to maintain schedule and quality.
• Conducts weekly subcontractor meetings to review progress.
• Oversees labor cost reporting and productivity.
• Ensures safety and compliance with design, budget, and schedule.
